Annette Bradford is an associate professor in the School of Business Administration at Meiji University where she teaches internationally-oriented courses and leads field study and study abroad programs. Her research interests focus on the internationalization of higher education, especially English-medium instruction and international student exchange. She has a strong background in higher education in Asia.
Born in the U.K., Annette Bradford has lived and worked in Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Germany, the U.S. and the U.K. She holds an EdD in Educational Administration and Policy Studies from the George Washington University, an MA in Linguistics from the University of Surrey, and a BA in Modern Languages from the University of East Anglia.
Annette Bradford has published extensively on Intentional Higher Education, and has presented her research at conferences in Asia, Europe and the U.S. She is active in several professional organizations and served as Chair of the Intercultural Communication Special Interest Group of TESOL International.
