Postdoc SIG

The Postdoc SIG is to bring together NAFSA leaders who work with international postdocs for the purpose of better understanding the key issues confronting this young, migrant, mostly international scientific research community. One of the goals of the Postdoc SIG is to identify the problems and challenges of international postdocs and provide solutions. For international postdocs the issues at hand are visa restrictions, cultural isolation, linguistic hindrances, and family issues.
