Over ten years of experience working with international students in higher education through teaching, advising, programming, and researching. Experience and proficiency in coordinating and managing various projects, such as the successful completion of a department’s five-year accreditation and the completion of a qualitative dissertation study. I greatly value the importance of student affairs and understand how student involvement is important for student success. My passion for working for and with college students continues to grow as well. I have been very fortunate to have taught more than 550 students from over 40 different countries. By strengthening relationships and using data-based practices, we can better help our students succeed and reach their goals.
